Hi, I’m Kayla—a local Realtor with a deep love for Idaho living and a passion for all things green.

I was born in Idaho Falls, but spent much of my childhood in Minnesota, where I grew to appreciate the beauty of all four seasons—and especially what it means to experience a true winter. That perspective gave me a lasting appreciation for Idaho’s seasons, where winters may be long, but they also bring opportunities to slow down, cozy up, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

I returned to Idaho as a teenager and lived here from age 12 to 20—years that shaped my connection to this community and the people who make it so special. After spending time in Oregon, I felt the pull back and returned to Idaho in 2020, where I truly feel at home.

Living in Rigby offers the perfect balance. You get the peace and connection of a close-knit community, while still being just a short drive from Idaho Falls and Rexburg for great food, shopping, and everyday conveniences. At the same time, Southeast Idaho is ideally located near incredible destinations like Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole, making weekend adventures and scenic getaways part of everyday life.

What I love most about this area is the lifestyle—there’s truly something for everyone, year-round. Summers are filled with simple joys like swimming at Rigby Lake, hiking R Mountain, or walking along the Idaho Falls Greenbelt. And in the winter, the area transforms into something just as special—from visiting the Ice Palace, to snow tubing at the sand dunes in St. Anthony, to renting a cozy cabin in Island Park… or even owning one of your own.

Real estate, to me, is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about navigating life transitions—whether that means upsizing, downsizing, investing in commercial opportunities, or building long-term wealth through real estate. Every stage brings different goals, and I’m passionate about being a trusted resource through all of them.
